About Maracuya by Llama

Chef Marcel Vizcarra & his fiancé, Staci Cleveland, want to share the delicious tropical flavors of their exotic travels, with the city of St. Augustine and fill a void that stems from a lack of availability, education or familiarness. Maracuya by Llama will offer flavors that are not what you see on other menus. We will incorporate the delicious flavors of passionfruit, dragon fruit, papaya, mango, pineapple, chirimoya, algarrobina & more. Our ultimate goal is to create a space that allows people to explore their flavor palates, excites their taste buds, intrigues them to learn more about these delicious flavors. 

Chef Marcel Vizcarra, owner and chef of Llama Restaurant has always known the importance of sharing delicious foods, from his homeland Peru, and various travels. During his education at Le Cordon Bleu in Lima, he worked at Starbucks & always had a passion for creating something new. Pushing the boundaries of the normal orders. Here at Maracuya by Llama, we have created new flavor combinations to excite our guests.
